Located close to the ORBINOX Amory facility we are able to respond to your needs quickly and efficiently. Materials ranging from cast iron and stainless steel to special alloys such as titanium and hastelloy. Our knife gates are available in flange ratings ranging from ANSI 150 up to ANSI 600 classes as well as special orders for DIN and other flange drillings. Bonneted, dual cylinder, extended yokes, extensions, direct burial, submersible, all just a handful of the options we can supply in house! All valves can be easily modified for automation by means of air pneumatics, hydraulics, levers, bevel gear operators, chain wheel operators, electric actuators and fail safe systems of all types. Our valves also can be outfitted with limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners, etc. ACT prides themselves in their wide knowledge base of the recycling field.
